Privacy policy

Integrato Digital ("we") is operated by Integrato Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Integrato Digital, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), optional mobile number, the exam you are preparing for and your exam date if you add it.
- Learning data: tests you take, answers, time spent per question, bookmarks, mistake notebook entries, readiness scores and study streaks.
- AI Coach messages: the questions you send and the replies, kept so you can see your conversation and so we can control cost and misuse.
- Payments: plan, amount, order status, invoice details and, for UPI transfers, the transaction reference you give us. Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's page; we never see or store them.
- Enquiries: what you send through the contact form or a lead form.
- Invites: if you join through a friend's invite link, we record who invited you so we can apply your discount and reward them. They see only a count of friends who joined and bought, never your name or email.
- Certificate reminders: if you use the free expiry-reminder tool and ask for reminders, your email, optional name, the certification and your pass date, used only to send those reminders.
- Technical data: IP address (for security and rate limiting), browser type, and, only if you accept analytics cookies, usage analytics.
Why we use it
- To run your account and deliver the service you asked for (practice, tests, scores, readiness, AI Coach).
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To send service messages you need: email confirmation, password reset, payment receipts.
- With your consent only: study reminders, exam countdowns, certificate expiry reminders and tips by email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account page or by replying to any message.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To improve questions and features, using aggregated or de-identified statistics.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to market financial products to you. If you belong to an organisation that bought seats for you (an employer or training institute), that organisation's managers can see your progress for that organisation's exam: tests completed, scores, readiness and last active date. They cannot see your AI Coach messages or payments.
What other people can see
- Shared score cards: when you share a test result, anyone with the link sees your first name, the test, your score and the number of correct answers. Never your answers, email or other results. The link is created only for your own results and is not listed anywhere.
- Weekly leaderboard: only if you choose to join it, we show your first name and last initial with your number of correct and answered questions for the week. You can leave at any time from your account page.
- Question of the day: we show the share of people who answered correctly, as a total only.
Who processes data for us
We use service providers who process data on our instructions: our web host (Hostinger) for servers, database and email; Razorpay and Cashfree Payments for online payments; Anthropic for generating AI Coach replies (your message and relevant study material are sent to generate a reply); Meta for WhatsApp messages if you opted in; and Google Analytics only if you accepted analytics cookies. Some providers may process data outside India, with safeguards required by law.
YouTube API Services
Integrato Digital uses YouTube API Services for one purpose: our own administrators upload the short educational videos we make to our own YouTube channel. By using any feature of Integrato Digital that relies on YouTube, or by watching our videos on YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access: when our administrator connects our channel, Google gives us permission to upload videos (
youtube.upload) and to read the channel's name (youtube.readonly). We store only the channel name and ID and an encrypted refresh token, so the scheduled upload can run. - What we do not do: learners and visitors never sign in to YouTube through Integrato Digital, and we do not access, collect, store or share any YouTube or Google data about them. We do not read comments, subscribers, watch history or analytics.
- How the data is used and shared: the stored token is used only to upload our videos with titles and descriptions we write. It is not shared with anyone else or used for advertising.
- Revoking access and deletion: access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page, or by clicking Disconnect in our admin area, which deletes the stored token and channel details immediately. Any stored YouTube API data is deleted within 30 days of access being revoked, and is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days as YouTube's policies require.
- Cookies: we do not place cookies or similar technologies on your device in connection with YouTube API Services. Pages on our site that embed a YouTube video may let YouTube set its own cookies, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We also use the official Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs in the same way, only to publish our own videos to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account.
How long we keep it
We keep account and learning data while your account is open. If you delete your account we erase your name, email, phone and AI Coach messages, and keep only anonymised practice statistics. Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by tax law (currently eight years). Security logs are kept for up to one year.
Your rights
You can access and correct your details on your account page, withdraw consent for reminders at any time, and delete your account yourself from the account page. You can also ask us for a summary of the data we hold, request correction or erasure, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to the grievance officer below; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site.
Children
Integrato Digital is meant for adults preparing for professional certification. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
