Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Integrato Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we") for the use of Integrato Digital. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.

1. What Integrato Digital is

Integrato Digital is an online learning platform. It currently offers exam practice and mock tests for NISM certification examinations, as an independent preparation service. We are not the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), SEBI or AMFI, and we are not authorised or endorsed by them. We do not conduct examinations, register candidates or issue certificates. Register and pay examination fees only on the official NISM website.

Integrato Digital is an educational service. Nothing on it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your password private. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that share access, scrape content, try to break security or abuse the AI Coach.

3. Plans and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. A plan gives access for the period shown from the date payment is confirmed, for the exam you chose (or all open exams for All Access). Plans do not renew automatically. Buying another plan for the same exam extends your access from the end of the current one. For UPI transfers, your plan starts when we have matched your payment. While we check it we may give you temporary full access; if the payment cannot be matched, the temporary access ends and no plan starts. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Exams marked "beta" are open while their question banks are still being written and reviewed; the number of questions available is shown on each exam page. Features may change as we improve the service, but we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during its term.

4. Our content

Practice questions, explanations, study notes and software on Integrato Digital are original works owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, sell, publish, share or train AI models on them. Questions marked "Pending expert review" have been written by our team but not yet signed off by a second subject-matter reviewer; report anything that looks wrong using the report button.

YouTube. We publish our videos on YouTube using YouTube API Services. Watching or interacting with them on YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See the YouTube section of our privacy policy.

5. AI Coach

The AI Coach generates explanations with an AI model, using our study material as reference. It can be wrong. Check important points against the official NISM workbook and regulations. Daily message limits apply. Do not enter sensitive personal information in coach messages.

Invites and rewards

You can invite others with your personal link. A person who creates an account through it within 30 days gets the discount shown on the invite page on their first paid plan (a coupon code, if used, replaces it). When their first payment is confirmed, we add the number of free days shown on the invite page to your account, up to the limit shown there. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are reversed if the payment is refunded. We may withhold or remove rewards for self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or other misuse, and we may change or end the programme for future invites at any time.

6. Scores and readiness

Practice scores, readiness scores and predictions are estimates based on your activity on Integrato Digital. They do not guarantee any result in the actual examination, which is set and marked by NISM.

7. Accuracy

We check examination facts (duration, questions, passing marks, fees) against official NISM sources and show the date we last checked. NISM can change these at any time; the official website prevails.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Integrato Digital is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including an examination outcome, a lost job opportunity or a missed deadline.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms; if we end a paid plan without cause, we refund the unused portion.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Contact us first at info@integrato.digital; most problems can be fixed quickly.
